Protein Ball Extruder
The protein ball extruder is the core machine for extruding and cutting dough or mixtures. It features two hoppers on each side: the left hopper is for the outer shell, and the right hopper is for the center filling. Each hopper is equipped with two horizontally designed auger screws that push the materials into a flow regulator, then downward into an extrusion pipe and nozzle, finally cutting them with a circular blade. The protein ball extruder ensures consistent shaping and cutting of each piece of dough with a weight variance of ±1 gram.
Protein Ball Rounder
The protein ball rounder is an auxiliary machine connected to the protein ball extruder. Constructed with stainless steel and aluminum rollers, the rounding machine smooths each ball, with adjustable speed and non-stick treatment. It can handle ball diameters ranging from 10mm to 50mm.
