The chocolate enrobing line is designed to produce a wide variety of chocolate-coated products, such as candy, candy bars, energy bars, rice crisps, cookies, biscuits, cakes, and breads. This line can handle multiple types of chocolate coatings, creating one or more chocolate "waterfalls" for consistent and even coverage. After passing through the chocolate falls, the products move into a cooling tunnel to set the coating. Excess chocolate is removed via air knives and vibrating plates, ensuring a neat, professional finish.
